Because of Patterson Home's strong presence in the new home market (over 70 years and with nearly 20 communities throughout Utah) we strongly encourage Realtors to protect their client relationship by registering their client(s) via our online registration or by visiting any of our model homes, or communities. Be assured our communication will be directed only with you (not your client) until you feel the appropriate time for us to communicate directly.
