Our Homes Listed on the MLS

Patterson Homes is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and regularly lists our homes over the MLS. However, not all of our homes are listed over the MLS. In order to have a list of all of our products and inventory contact any of our Sales Representatives.

As well, Patterson Homes' Sales Representatives are certified and licensed real estate agents with the state of Utah who follow a high code of ethics. They are trained professionals who have years of experience in new construction and can provide you and your client with valuable expertise you deserve. Patterson Home's Sales Staff is prepared and trained to:

1. Show your client our product, answer all questions and communicate directly with you and your client as necessary.
   
   
2. Write all contracts on our forms, choosing colors, prepare change orders, discuss and facilitate financial programs and commitments.
   
   
3. Assist and facilitate final walkthroughs, new home orientations and the closing phase of the real estate transaction with one of our preferred title companies.
