How We Pay Commissions
Patterson Homes pays the selling Broker a commission amount per the Realtor Co-Op Agreement when the Realtor registers their client. Commission payments are made upon closing and funding of the real estate transaction.
Patterson Homes furthermore protects the Realtor's commission and it is never negotiated less except at/or with the Realtor and Realtor Broker's permission.
Also, please consider Patterson Home's broad spectrum of home and building choices for you and your client(s) and on which we pay Realtor commissions including remodels, basement finishes, detached buildings/garages, commercial, condos, etc.
NOTE: Patterson Homes looks at procuring cause of the sale in order to pay a commission and registration of a Realtor's client before they make contact with Patterson Homes reflects procuring cause. Patterson Homes does not honor Realtor's Buyer Agency Agreements if the Realtor does not register and/or procure the sale. Therefore it is critical that Realtors register their client(s) with Patterson Homes to protect their client relationship and potential commission.
