Becoming a Preferred Realtor

Patterson Homes' main objective with Realtors is to sell homes ... and we have done this by creating a professional sales relationship with realtors who regularly push, show and sell our homes. As such they obtain a special "Preferred Realtor Status" with Patterson Homes. Obtaining this Preferred Realtor Status is our way of saying THANK YOU by giving you and your clients significant additional perks, benefits and bonuses.

Patterson Home's Preferred Realtors benefits:

1. Your clients receives additional significant upgrades or options ... all because of you - contact one of our Sales Representatives for details.
2. Besides your agreed commission you receive a significant additional bonus - contact one of our Sales Representatives for details.
3. Patterson Homes commits to you listings of our Patterson Homes' properties to be listed by you and your company over the MLS.
4. Patterson Homes will refer our clients to you who, for whatever the reason, choose not too or cannot build with us.
5. Patterson Homes will keep you up to date with our newest developments and communities as well as a list of our homes that are otherwise not listed over the MLS
6. Patterson Homes will double the time frame in protecting your client in re-registering your client
7. Provide you with access codes to all of our spec/inventory homes so that you can show them at anytime. As well you will be given an access code to our Patterson Portal.

How to become a Patterson Home's Preferred Realtor

1. Become familiar with our product, communities, home plans, quick move-ins, Realtor section and our web site.
2. Subscribe to our "Realtor Newsletter"
3. Create a relationship with any one of our Sales Representatives.
4. Register your clients with Patterson Homes
5. Push and show our products - homes, lots and real estate. Prioritize us and talk us up as one of the best builders.
6. Simply sell two (2) Patterson Homes annually and each client thereafter (besides getting our best pricing and service) receives additional free significant upgrades or options ... all because of you. See our sales representative for details
7. Sell three (3) Patterson Homes annually and besides your agreed commission you personally received an additional bonus for each sell thereafter. See our sales representative for details.
