Thank you for bringing your clients to Patterson Construction. We know you have many other choices and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with you.

Here is how our outside realtor registration works:

If you cannot accompany your prospective buyer to visit one of our Model Homes or our Main Sales Office, simply fill out the form below and we will register them for you. As well, we invite you to fill out our REALTOR CO-OP AGREEMENT and email or fax it to our Main Office or to any one of our in-house Sales Representatives you may choose to work with.
