The Critical Path Scheduling for each home is a huge benefit in planning and accessing the construction process for our buyers of what comes next and who does what. Before a hole is even dug each sub-contractor/supplier has already been notified of an upcoming job, their allowable time lines and specifications. The Critical Path provides our subs/suppliers advance notice of upcoming work so they can schedule their work weeks/months in advance so as to be ready - all so that our buyer's homes are completed on its Critical Path time line. As well, Patterson Construction's staff and superintendents are constantly monitoring the progress of each job as to if the scheduled job is moving forward as scheduled or if it is off schedule. Some adjustments are always necessary, but with proper notice, proper planning, and realistic time frames each buyer can be assured that their home will proceed in a timely manner - and with a realistic projected completion date before they ever start! |

Patterson Construction uses the latest technology of the Internet in providing clear and constant communication between buyers, subcontractors and suppliers though-out the building process - all from the remote and convenient location of their office or home. Through this Patterson Portal (a secured site requiring a pass code) our buyers and sub/suppliers can view all necessary construction documents: Plans, Plot Plans, Color Specification Sheet, Change Order(s), Work Equity Addendum, Fireplace Addendum, and Other Docs and Photos pertinent to them as well as their own Calendared Jobs, Critical Paths, and Warranty Work. |

The Patterson Portal also provides immediate notice to our buyers and all of our subs/suppliers of every critical path schedule change, of every change order(s), of every warranty notice, of every start and of every projected home completions date. Additional key features of the Patterson Portal includes: personal calendars of work to be performed, graphs of work in progress with projected completion dates, printing of all documents for hard copies of plans, plot plans, change order, specification sheets, critical path schedules, bidding modules, etc. as well as instant notices of Company newsletters and policy changes- all at your finger tips. Communication is everything when building a custom home and Patterson Construction provides that constant communication and updates throughout the building process. |
