Dave has been with Patterson Construction since 1991 where he started as their draftsman sitting down with buyers and helping them design their new homes. He loves working with people and so he quickly moved into sales using his knowledge of home design in making their dreams come true of owning a new home.

Dave has received professional certifications in New Home Sales and in National Residential Marketing. He currently serves as Patterson Construction's Real Estate Group's Principal Broker.

Dave is a native to Utah, having grown up in Pleasant Grove. He enjoys learning and trying new things, especially sports and outdoor activities. He and his wife Sharla have six children; Jonathan, Joshua, Braden, Trevan, ShaeLynne and Brooklyn.
