What we expect from our Employees, Subcontractors & Suppliers Honesty, to provide quality work and materials; to have the job site clean and ready for the next trade; to keep a time line per the Patterson Portal critical path; to regularly check and access our Portal; to respond timely to final walkthrough items, warranty/hit list, inspection requests and change orders; to provide a clear and detailed billing in the specified billing schedule; to "check off" the Portal for completed jobs; to control waste, eliminate theft and shoddy workmanship; and to provide professionalism and courtesy for our buyers and other trades. |
