PATTERSON CONSTRUCTION is a culmination of over 70 years of homebuilding experience!
HISTORY: Robert Thomas Patterson settled in Alpine, Utah with his family in the 1930’s. It was then he and his son, Robert Patterson, started building homes in the Utah and Salt Lake Valleys under the Patterson Construction name. Building upon his success, Robert’s sons continue leading the company and there’s been no slowing down for Patterson Construction since.
TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION: Impeccable quality and trusted service have made Patterson Construction one of the top home builders in Utah. We are members of the local and national Home Builders Associations and we are committed to ethics, building codes and correct building procedures. From your first home to your last home, Patterson Construction provides broad spectrum of home and building choices:

COMMUNICATION: Patterson Construction uses the latest technology of the internet and mobile laptops to provide clear and constant communication between buyers, subcontractors and suppliers through-out the building process. Through our ‘Patterson Portal’ we provide our buyers, subcontractors and suppliers all the necessary construction information. As well each person can view their own critical paths, calendars and warranty work and are notified of any necessary modifications.
LAND DEVELOPMENT: Patterson Construction is also a land development company. We sell improved building lots in any of our many communities to individual home owners or builders with lots ranging from $50,000 to over 1 million dollars. Currently Patterson Construction has 21 housing communities from Alpine to Payson and from Pleasant Grove to Eagle Mountain.
COMMUNITY INVOLVMENT: Patterson Construction is involved in the communities in which we do business. We support, encourage and assist local cities, schools, students, and people who can use our expertise and assistance.

What we expect from our Employees, Subcontractors & Suppliers Honesty, to provide quality work and materials; to have the job site clean and ready for the next trade; to keep a time line per the Patterson Portal critical path; to regularly check and access our Portal; to respond timely to final walkthrough items, warranty/hit list, inspection requests and change orders; to provide a clear and detailed billing in the specified billing schedule; to "check off" the Portal for completed jobs; to control waste, eliminate theft and shoddy workmanship; and to provide professionalism and courtesy for our buyers and other trades. |
